Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) said: " Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them. A woman is the guardian of her husband’s home and his children and she is responsible for them. The servant of a man is a guardian of the property of his master and he is responsible for it. I, my wife Incharge Principal Maryam Mam, my mother - Trustee Parveen Mam & my cousins Sharifa Mam & Sana Mam, have been working towards this noble cause of imparting Modern & Spiritual Education to our community kids.

It's become, as some of our friends say, a second home for my family. I remember the first year when I and Maryam Mam would go to malls, D-Mart & Friday bazaars for pamphlet distribution. We would go for home visits promotions and admissions, one child of which house will be a part of our first batch of 10th in 2025-26, InshaAllah.

The motivation to start a faith-based school is to give ourselves and our parents a Professional and Spiritual alternative to the existing essentially godless education framework. Alhamdulillah, we as a team, with a guiding support of our curriculum partners Al-muminah group of schools, are determined to create a presence in the educational eco-system of Panvel Taluka.

Being the person at the helm of an Educational Institution for the past 10years, it's my humble opinion that a constant dedicated effort by Staff, Students and Parents can be the catalyst to make the student a better individual in this life and after-life. We provide our wisdom student with a host of Academic subjects including 5 languages (English, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Arabic), Science, Social Studies & Mathematics alongwith fundamentals of Spiritual Subjects like Islamic Studies, Quranic Arabic, Quran nazara, Hifz Amm para Surah, Duas & Few Ahadeeth. All these subjects are provided in age-based curriculum adopted from Al-Muminah School in a safe & healthy environment for both girls & boys in separate shifts.

As far as the Co-Curriculars are concerned, we encourage 100% participation in all our 6 Competitions, 5 Activities days, 4 field trips, Sports Week, Annual Exhibition or Day. This allows each and every wisdom student atleast 15 opportunities in an Academic Year to showcase or participate in non-academic activities. With constant weekly staff meetings, Monthly mentorship sessions for staff, Guest lectures for Staff and Students and Monthly Mother's or Father's meet we try our best keep the doors of communication open & transparent.

We do not boast of a state-of-the-art infrastructure or acres of playground, which will indeed aspire to create soon, but at the same time, we exhaust the majority of our financial resource to ensure a safe & alternative arrangement for outdoor activities to most of our students by taking them to nearby turfs. Our teaching staff & coordinators are motivated to gain constant training and learning to help the students achieve Academic, Spiritual & Moral excellence by using the best possible teaching techniques.

May Almighty make us strive constantly, work on our shortcomings, make us humble in our achievements and grant us the best of both worlds and save us all from his punishment.

I, Parveen Kauser Dalvi (D.ed 1975 batch), had a passion to teach right from childhood pushed by financial circumstances and driven by innate passion to do good for my community kids and then my family kids. I started working and teaching during my school days as an assistant teacher and used it to sponsor my professional studies to become a full-time teacher in Reputed Private & then in a Municipal Urdu school. My passion for teaching was not based on the institutions interests but by the students situation, whom I used to pickup from their shanty localities and entice them with goodies towards mainstream education.

As a married women, I chose to leave my professional world of teaching for my family in 1981 but never left teaching or learning per se, be it to my 4 children, my house-maids, my colleagues or relatives. I, with the support of my husband (Late:Mohamed Salim Dalvi), took tuition at various places in Maharashtra, opened preschools in Pune & Chiplun, managed Sunday schools and was a support to my late husband in putting the foundation stone to a now fully grown "Al-Ameen High School" in a remote village of Phopli in Ratnagiri.

My background of coming from an Urdu Medium School did not stop me from training all my children as Academic & Spiritually professional adults, Alhamdulillah. I always had the backing and corrections by my late husband whom (I lovingly called daddy) in all my profitable or loss making educational endeavours. With this background and passion towards teaching, I and my husband laid the foundation of Wisdom Kids Education Trust & Wisdom Kids Academy LLP. We had the initial support of our children and their wives, 2 of them are now the Trustees of the trust, by god's grace. My husband didn't not exhaust his NRI retirement fund in fancy flats or cars or the like but instead chose to dedicate all of it to a noble cause of Education and may Allah accept it from us. I believe like my children, all the children of my community get access to both Spiritual and Academic education in a safe and healthy environment. I hope and pray that every wisdom kid will be in a better position to face the challenges of an essentially god-less world with knowledge and wisdom.

Me and my children, were fortunate enough to get guidance from Dr. Shehnaz Shaikh (Founder of Al-muminah group of schools) for implementing her curriculum and giving the confidence to move ahead with the plan. Currently I play my part as an Trustee Advisor, Spiritual mentor to the Wisdom team and remedial mentor to a few wisdom critical students. I am still a student of beneficial knowledge and inspire all my colleagues to be the same. I wish all of you are joined and will join this caravan the best of both worlds. As we recite in the daily assembly the words of the creator: " Our Lord grant us good in this world and in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of fire."
